Please immediately save your license key in a secure, private location. In the unlikely event you lose access to your purchase email, discord account or if it is deleted, you will not be able to recover your key through our automated system. Treat this key like a password.
Purchases via Our Website
If you purchased directly through our website, your license key is delivered via email. Check the order completion email sent to the address used during checkout.
Did not receive your order confirmation? Please check your spam or junk folder, as the email may have been filtered there.
Purchases via Discord Bot
This section covers purchases made through our official Discord bot using Robux or gift cards.
For Robux
Purchases made with Robux are generally instant; however, if ROBLOX is experiencing downtime, confirmation may be delayed by up to a few hours.
For Gift Cards
Gift Card purchases are manually processed and approved, so there will be a necessary delay while a team member reviews and confirms the transaction.
Getting your License Key
Once you have confirmation in #responses, your next step is to navigate to the #purchase channel.
In the #purchase channel, scroll up to find the License Claims embed, then click the Claim button located directly beneath it.
With your key displayed, click the Copy button to the right of the license field, or simply copy the text manually.
You can also check on any of your already claimed licenses at any time by clicking the Review button on that same License Claims embed.

Claiming User Role
Once you have successfully retrieved your unique license key, you need to use it to authenticate yourself and gain the user role in our Discord server. Head to the #authentication channel to begin this process.
In the #authentication channel, scroll up to find the Authentication embed, then click the Login button located directly beneath it.
To claim your buyer role, a Login modal will appear. Please enter your full 23-character license key into the field, using the format ATL-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX, and then click Submit.
Upon successful submission, a message confirming ‘authenticated successfully.’ will appear, and your user role will be automatically granted.
Downloading the Software
Here you will find instructions for downloading our software and registering your account within the loader using your unique license key.
Download Latest Build
Once you have successfully retrieved your user role, head to the #download channel to grab the latest build of our software.
Please be aware that the most recently posted build in the #download channel may not be the absolute latest version. New builds can take up to 24 hours to be uploaded and posted after they are released.
You may need a file compression tool like WinRAR, 7-Zip, or a similar utility to correctly extract the software from the downloaded .zip file.
Registering an Account
To begin registration, navigate back to the software folder and double-click the red atlanta logo file to launch the loader.
Once the loader has opened, click the Register button located at the bottom of the window.
A registration panel will open, requiring four pieces of information. Please fill out the fields according to the requirements:
- Username: Must be between 3 and 20 characters, containing only letters (a-Z) and numbers (0-9).
- Password: Must be between 8 and 20 characters, containing only letters (a-Z) and numbers (0-9).
- Email: Must be between 10 and 128 characters, containing only letters (a-Z), numbers (0-9) and the @ symbol.
- License: Enter your unique license key exactly in this format: ATL-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.
After all fields are correctly filled, click the Continue button. Your atlanta.gg account should now be successfully registered.
Login to an Account
To login to an account, navigate back to the software folder and double-click the red atlanta logo file to launch the loader.
Once the loader has opened, click the Login button located at the top of the window.
A login panel will open, requiring two pieces of information. Please fill out the fields according to the requirements:
- Username: Must be between 3 and 20 characters, containing only letters (a-Z) and numbers (0-9).
- Password: Must be between 8 and 20 characters, containing only letters (a-Z) and numbers (0-9).
After all fields are correctly filled, click the Continue button. You should now be successfully logged in to your atlanta.gg account.
Operating the Loader
This section guides you through using the main functions and controls of the software loader after you have successfully logged in.
The Games section of the loader currently lists only one game available for public use. The interface supports and already includes other games for private users, which will be released to the general user base over time.
Please be aware that the Last Updated date is currently not displayed in the Info Panel.
- Load: Starts the injection process for the selected game.
- Clean (Optional): A maintenance feature available for certain games, used to clear specific files (e.g., after a ban).
- Logout: Use this to safely log out of your current session.
To exit the loader, click the custom ‘X’ icon located in the top right corner of the window. This functions as the standard close button.
